This site presents Signal State Core, a pre-launch product concept, and publishes educational content about cognitive-support ingredients through The Signal. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Educational content, not medical advice
Everything on this site — articles, ingredient pages, evidence grades, dose ranges — is educational information, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Do not start, stop, or combine supplements or medications based on this site alone, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; no product discussed here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist gives your consent to receive the emails described at signup and in our privacy policy. It is free, creates no obligation on either side, is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of a future product, and you can leave it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing hello@signalstatelabs.com. Sharing your personal referral link to move up the list is optional, has no cash or product value, and comes with no guarantee about your exact position — it is a courtesy, not a contract.
4. Pre-launch language
Signal State Core is a concept in development. Formulas, doses, claims, pricing, and availability described on this site are working directions subject to regulatory, legal, and manufacturing review, and may change or not launch at all. Nothing here is final label copy or an offer to sell.
5. Our content
The content on this site — text, graphics, the Signal State Labs and The Signal names and marks — belongs to Signal State Labs. You're welcome to link to, quote, and reference our work with attribution; wholesale republication requires permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, submitting others' email addresses, probing or disrupting the service, or misrepresenting our content as your own.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the research accurate and current, but we make no warranty that any content is complete, current, or error-free, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the company moves from pre-launch to launch. Changes are posted here with an updated date; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
